SHIPPING & HANDLING
Once your order has been placed, our representative will contact you to discuss the cost and method of shipping as well as some other details.
All orders received before 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day.
The orders received after 3:00pm EST will be shipped the next business day.
You will automatically get your ILTEMOS Order Identification Number from our website. Please print and save this page for your future records. If you do not receive your package within the chosen delivery schedule, you can contact us via E-mail at service@billiardgate.com . We will contact the carrier for a complete investigation and track the package for you.
PRODUCT RETURN
If for some unfortunate reason you receive a defective unit, please call us or email us at service@billiardgate.com with the description of the problem. If the product is deemed defective, a customer service representative will provide you with the appropriate instructions in order for you to return the product. You will need the following information:
Serial number of the defective product;
ILTEMOS Order Identification Number
ILTEMOS Online Store will replace any defective product returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date as quickly as possible, provided that you would like that unit replaced as long as the product is still in its original condition. The replacement product will only be shipped upon the arrival of the defective unit.
Shipping costs for returned merchandise is the customers’ responsibility. Credits and refunds to customer credit cards will only be applied upon receipt of returned items.
However, if you are returning it for any personal reason other than a defect or shipping damage, we will assess a 15% restocking fee and we will not be responsible for shipping charges.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order placed on ILTEMOS Online Store by contacting Customer Service or via E-mail at service@billiardgate.com. Simply have your Order ready and we will cancel the order for you. However, cancellations MUST be requested as soon as possible since there is no method to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
Our Store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Our Customer Service hours are from 11:00am to 8:00pm EST. You can reach a customer service representative during those hours.
