LUNAR ROCKS Pool Balls

LUNAR ROCKS Pool Balls

This new state-of-the-art set of Lunar Rocks was engineered for the Hollywood motion picture "The Adventures of Pluto Nash", starring Eddie Murphy. Lunar Rocks™ displays perhaps the most unique design ever applied to a billiard ball. Each ball is a one-of-kind work of art.

The mysterious and provocative story behind how these rocks made it to earth is revealed on the round packaging:

Mankind "first" set foot on the moon in 1969. Or did we?

Top secret documents recently de-classified due to the Freedom of Information Act seems to suggest otherwise. The evidence contained in these documents was astounding and to many unbelievable. Out of the thousands of Lunar Rocks™ that were mined and inventoried by our astronauts, 16 of them were distinctly different and extremely unique, displaying what appeared to be numbers, a uniform color scheme, and the inexplicable image of the Face of Mars in the cratered surface of several of the rocks. Where did these rocks come from and how did they get there? And, who made them?

With unprecedented urgency, President Nixon commissioned a team of the world's top scientists to come up with an explanation as to the origin of these rocks. Today, this secret council continues its work, yet with 33 years of research, the scientists concede that they are no further along in their investigation then when they began. The only consensus is that given our technological capabilities, humans cannot re-engineer these rocks and that they are not naturally occurring.

In confidential reports obtained by EBL news, the scientists state the illustrious finish, striking colors, and perfect balance of each rock is astounding. But it was the fact that each Lunar Rock™ is virtually perfect in weight, size (2 1/4"), and roundness (within 1/1000 of an inch) that led the scientist to conclude that these rocks were produced by a much higher intelligence. Moreover, the thinly stylish stripe on half of the rocks, along with the spectacular design, offered a level of originality and sophistication that captivates humans.

In 1998, Elephant Balls, Ltd. (a company many believe to be a front for NASA Distribution, Inc.) was granted exclusive rights to the design, composition, and distribution of the controversial Lunar Rocks™ in the Milky Way Galaxy. Unsure of the number of sets that can be mined from the raw rock, supplies may be limited, so purchase this set immediately! (source: EBL News)

This story is based on a recreation of a dramatization that didn't actually occur. Fictionalized for entertainment purposes.
Please note: These balls weigh approximately 1.5 oz less than regulation weight.
